We collect the minimum we need to serve you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- When you request a service: your name, mobile number, governorate, area and a description of the problem. The request form on the site does not store them, it prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
- When we serve you: your address, the order, invoice and warranty details, and photos you send or the technician takes of the job.
- After the service: your answers to the short survey, if you fill it in.
- Site usage data: clicks on WhatsApp and phone and form submissions, so we can measure our Google ads.
What we use it for
To book the visit, do the work, issue the invoice and warranty, and follow up afterwards. We use your rating to improve the service, and publish a review on the site only if you agree.
Who receives it
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send us pass through their service.
- Google: we use the Google Ads tag to measure clicks and form submissions.
- Hosting (Cloudflare): the site and our orders system are hosted there.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, except what we need for the invoice and warranty. Contact us on WhatsApp or email.
